Bún Thịt Nướng is a quintessential Vietnamese dish that perfectly represents the cuisine's philosophy of balance and fresh flavors. This dish is served as a deconstructed bowl - grilled pork over a bed of cool vermicelli rice noodles, topped with fresh lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrots and daikon, fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, Thai basil), and crushed peanuts. The dish comes with our house-made nước chấm on the side, which you pour over the bowl and mix everything together.
